Queue management for clinics, run from one phone

Queuely gives each customer a numbered token at the front desk and calls them in order, so the waiting room stays calm. It runs on one phone, with no sign-up to start.

The morning rush at the front desk

Most clinics fill up before the doctor arrives. The front desk issues a token in one tap, with a name and phone number if you want them, or neither.

Each customer gets the next number and sees how many people are ahead. A number never changes once it is given, so nobody has to argue about who came first.

Calling customers in, one at a time

Tap Call next when the doctor is ready. If someone stepped out, put them on hold and call them back when they return.

A customer who does not come when called moves to No-shows, and you can restore them to the front if they walk in later. Tapped by mistake? Undo stays on screen for 5 seconds.

Wait outside, not in a crowded room

Each ticket has a QR code. The customer scans it and follows their turn in the phone browser, with no app to install, so they can sit in the car or step out for a while.

A smart TV or monitor in the waiting area can show the number being served and the next ones, with a chime on each call.

Set the day once

Add the clinic hours and let the queue open and close on its own. If the doctor sees only so many people a day, set a daily limit and new tokens stop when it is reached.

Issuing, calling and serving all work in airplane mode, so a dropped connection never stops the front desk.

Questions

  1. Can I limit how many customers the doctor sees in a day?

Yes. Set a daily limit in Queue rules. When it is reached, Queuely stops issuing new tokens for that day.

  2. Does Queuely keep medical records?

No. Queuely only runs the queue. A name and phone number are optional, and after 90 days the app clears customer names and phone numbers from its history.

  3. What if the internet goes down during clinic hours?

The front desk keeps issuing, calling and serving in airplane mode. QR joining and the TV page pause until the connection returns, and the phone display by cable keeps working.
