Pharmacy queue system with tokens
Give each customer a token at the counter and call them when it is their turn. People can sit down or step outside instead of crowding the counter.
A crowd at the counter, sorted
Pharmacies get short, busy peaks, often after clinic hours and on the way home from work. Issue a token in one tap as each customer arrives, and the next number is ready for the next person.
Asking for a name and phone number is up to you. Many counters skip both and go by number.
Called when the order is ready
Some orders take a minute, some take longer. Put a customer on hold while their order is prepared and call the next one, then tap Call back when it is ready.
You can also call any customer out of turn from the queue list. Everyone else keeps their number.
Numbers on a screen, not shouted
Open queuely.app/tv on a monitor or smart TV and type the code from the phone. Each call shows the number with a chime, so you do not have to raise your voice over the counter.
Customers who stepped out can follow their turn from the QR on their ticket.
Open late, even offline
Set your hours and the queue opens and closes on its own. The switch on Home always overrides it.
Queuely keeps working in airplane mode, and the phone itself can act as the display by cable or cast.
Questions
Do I have to ask customers for a name or phone number?
No. Both are optional, and you choose in Queue rules whether to ask for them.
How many tokens can a pharmacy issue for free?
The free plan includes every feature for 200 tokens a month. A busy pharmacy that needs more can move to Pro, which removes the limit.
Can the screen at the counter work without internet?
Yes, with phone display mode. Connect the phone to the screen with an HDMI or USB-C cable, or cast it. The online TV page needs internet on both the screen and the phone.
