Token system for salons and barber shops
Walk-ins get a numbered token and a rough idea of the wait, then come back when their turn is near. The chairs stay busy and the bench stays clear.
Walk-ins without the crowded bench
Weekends and evenings bring walk-ins all at once. Issue a token in one tap and the customer sees how many people are ahead and about how long the wait is.
They can scan the QR on their ticket and follow their turn in the phone browser while they get a coffee nearby. On the way back they tap 'I'm on my way', and you see it on your list.
A wait estimate that learns your pace
A haircut and a full styling do not take the same time. Let Queuely learn from each day, using the time between calls, or set a fixed number of minutes per customer.
Estimates always say about, because every visit is different. If you would rather not show them, turn them off and customers see only how many people are ahead.
Calling the next customer to the chair
Tap Call next when a chair is free. The number shows on the TV or monitor in the shop, with a chime.
If a customer is not back yet, put them on hold and call the next one. They keep their token, and you call them back when they walk in.
Late hours and short breaks
Set your opening hours, including hours that run past midnight, and the queue can open and close on its own. Token numbers restart each day.
Need a few minutes? Take a break shows when you are back on the TV and customers' phones. The queue stays as it is.
Questions
I have three chairs. Does Queuely work for my shop?
Yes. Queuely runs one queue from one phone, so customers wait in one line and you tap Call next whenever a chair is free.
Can customers take a token without coming to the counter?
Yes, when your phone is online. Put the front desk QR poster by the door, and customers scan it, take a token and follow their turn in the phone browser.
Can tickets show my salon logo?
With Pro, your logo appears on tickets, the poster, the TV and customer pages. On the free plan they show your shop name.
