Queue management for service offices and counters

Small bank branches, utility and government offices, and courier or telecom counters share one problem: a line that fills the room. Queuely turns it into numbered tokens called in order.

From a long line to numbered tokens

Give each customer a token as they arrive, or let them take one by scanning the QR poster at the entrance. They see their number, how many people are ahead and, if you show it, an estimated wait.

Nobody needs to stand in line to keep their place, and nobody can jump it.

A screen everyone can read

Pair any smart TV or monitor with the code from your phone. It shows the number being served and the next four, with a chime and the number announced on each call if the sound is on.

More than one screen can show the same queue, for example one inside and one by the door.

Busy days and set hours

Set office hours and let the queue open and close on its own. A limit on how many can wait at once stops new tokens when the room is full, and a daily limit caps the day.

With Close automatically on, new tokens stop a few minutes before closing, so everyone already waiting can be served.

Keeps working when the network does not

Issuing, calling and serving all run on the phone in airplane mode. Changes go to your backup by themselves when the connection returns.

For a screen with no internet, connect the phone to the TV by cable or cast it.

Questions

  1. We have several service windows. Can Queuely call to each one?

Queuely runs one counter from one phone. It suits a single service counter, or one line for the whole office.

  2. Can customers follow their turn from outside?

Yes. The QR on their ticket opens a status page in the phone browser, with people ahead and the number being served. It updates live while the office phone is online.

  3. What if a customer leaves before their turn?

They can tap Leave queue on their status page. Their token turns red on your list, Call next skips it, and you remove it when you are ready.
