TV and displays
There are two ways to show the queue on a big screen. Pick the one that suits your shop.
How does the online TV page work?
Open queuely.app/tv in the web browser of any smart TV, tablet or PC and enter the 6-digit code from Settings → TV and display. The screen then shows the number being served, the next four, and your ticker. It updates within a second of every call, with the chime.
What does the TV need?
Internet on both the TV and the shop phone. No app to install, no account on the TV. One shop can connect several screens.
What if the internet drops?
The TV keeps showing the last number with a small "Reconnecting…" label and catches up by itself when the connection returns. Calling at the counter continues normally.
How do I show the queue with no internet?
Use phone display mode: Settings → TV and display → Start phone display. Connect the phone to the TV with an HDMI or USB-C cable, or mirror it with screen cast. It runs from the phone itself, so it works fully offline.
Does the TV make a sound?
Yes. Each call plays the two-tone chime and then announces the number, if the TV's sound is on.
