Opening hours and closing
Opening hours tell Queuely when you work. Everything stays manual unless you turn on the automatic options.
How do I set opening hours?
A new shop starts with Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Change them in Settings → Shop profile, or tap Add hours. Pick the opening and closing time and the days. You can add several sets, for example weekdays and a Sunday evening.
What do Open and Close automatically do?
They open or close the queue at your hours. The switch on Home always overrides them.
What is Stop new tokens before closing?
With Close automatically on, new tokens stop a few minutes before closing (15 by default) so everyone already waiting can be served. A note on Home tells you when it starts.
What happens to people still waiting at closing?
Your choice in Queue rules: Ask me the next morning (default), move them automatically to the front of the next day, or keep them in history. With Ask me, a card on Home shows how many are waiting for a decision; Review list opens them grouped as Yesterday and Before yesterday. Tick one, several or a whole group, then Move to today, Keep in history or Remove.
When do token numbers restart?
Every day at midnight. For hours past midnight, numbers restart at your opening time instead.
