Working offline
Queuely is built so the counter never stops. The shop phone keeps the full queue on the phone itself, so losing internet does not stop your work.
What keeps working without internet?
Everything at the counter: • Issuing tokens, calling, recall, hold, no-show and served • Printing on Bluetooth or Wi-Fi printers • The queue lists, history and reports • Settings, opening hours and automatic open/close • Phone display mode (phone connected to the TV by cable or screen cast) • Phoning customers and SMS from your phone
What pauses until I'm back online?
• Customers joining with the front desk QR • The online TV page (queuely.app/tv) • Customers' live status pages (they keep their paper token) • WhatsApp messages • Cloud backup, sign-in, restore and buying Pro Each of these shows "needs internet" instead of failing silently.
What happens when the internet comes back?
Queuely sends every change saved on the phone to your backup automatically, in the order it happened. The status chip on Home shows Syncing, then Live. You don't need to do anything.
Is my work safe while offline?
Yes. Every action is saved on the phone the moment you tap it. If the phone restarts, the queue is still there. Connecting once a day keeps your backup up to date.
How do I know I'm offline?
The chip under your shop name turns blue and says Offline, with the number of changes waiting. A blue banner on Home lists what is paused.
