Why stay connected
The counter works offline, but your customers and your backup depend on the shop phone being online.
Connect the shop phone to Wi-Fi and keep mobile data on as a fallback. If the phone is offline for a long time, customers can't join by QR, the TV page can't update, and your latest work isn't backed up.
What do customers lose when the shop phone is offline?
Their status page stops updating and says "live updates paused". New customers can't join with the QR; they must ask at the counter. Their place in the queue is never lost.
How do I keep Queuely connected all day?
• Use shop Wi-Fi with mobile data on as a backup • Keep the phone charging at the counter • Allow Queuely to run in the background (setup shows the steps for your phone brand) • Turn off battery saver for Queuely
How long can I stay offline?
As long as you need for the counter. Your plan keeps working for 7 days without checking in. Reconnect at least once a day so your work is backed up.
