Free plan and Pro
The free plan includes every feature with 200 tokens a month. Pro removes the limit.
What happens at 200 tokens?
New tokens pause until the 1st of next month. Everyone already waiting can still be called, printed and shown on the TV.
What counts as a token?
Each new token, from the counter or the QR. Customers moved from yesterday never count.
How do I upgrade?
Settings → Account → Plan, or See plans on the usage screen. Payment is through the App Store or Google Play.
Why does Queuely ask me to connect once a week?
Your plan is checked on the phone so it works offline. Once every 7 days it needs a quick check online. If the phone has been offline longer, new tokens pause until you connect once; calling customers already waiting always works.
