Messages and problems

When something needs your attention, Queuely tells you in plain words: what happened, whether your work is safe, and the one thing to do.

  1. What do the message colours mean?

Blue: information, nothing is wrong. Amber: needs your attention soon. Red: something has stopped, such as printing or issuing. Green: done or back to normal.

  2. Will I lose my work when something goes wrong?

No. Every action is saved on the phone first. Messages always say whether your work is safe.

  3. What is a reference code?

Some rare messages show a short code such as Q-5003-7F2A. It helps our support team find what happened. Mention it when you contact support; you don't need to understand it.

  4. A message keeps coming back. What should I do?

Try the button in the message once more. If it still comes back, open Help and support and send a request; your app details are attached automatically.
