Front desk QR
Your shop has one QR code that customers scan to join the queue without waiting at the counter.
Where do I find it?
Tap the QR icon at the top of Home, or Settings → Front desk QR. Choose A4 poster, table stand or sticker, then Print or Save.
Where should I place it?
At the entrance or front desk, at eye level, where people can stand for a moment. It scans from 1 to 2 metres.
Does it work offline?
Printing the poster works offline. Joining needs internet on the shop phone and the customer's phone; otherwise the page asks them to see the counter.
How do I stop QR joining?
Settings → Queue rules → Let customers join by QR. The poster stays valid and shows "ask at the counter" while it is off.
