Calling and the queue
Call next calls the first person waiting and leaves everyone already called where they are. Nobody leaves the list until you tap Served and confirm. Most actions show an Undo button for 5 seconds.
What is the difference between Hold and No-show?
Hold is for someone who stepped away briefly; they move to On hold and you can Call back any time. No-show is for someone who didn't come when called; they move to No-shows today.
A no-show came back. What do I do?
Open Queue → No-shows (or the No-shows today row on Home) and tap Restore. They go to the front of the queue.
Why is a token red?
That customer tapped "Leave queue" on their phone. Queuely never removes it by itself, so nobody disappears by mistake. Call next skips it and the TV hides it. Tap Remove when you're ready.
Can I call someone out of turn?
Yes. Tap Call on their row in the Queue list, or open the token and tap Call to counter now.
A customer has no phone number. How do I add one?
Open the token and tap Add phone number. Once saved, Phone and Message appear.
I tapped Call next by mistake. How do I go back?
Tap Undo right away, or tap Back to waiting on that customer. They return to their own place in line. Nothing is lost.
Where does a customer go after Served?
They move to the Served tab in Queue. You can Call again, put them Back to waiting, or Remove them from there.
